How do I ask an organizer a question?+

Open the event page first. Review its description, date, location, and any organizer details. If the organizer has shared a contact method in the event information, use that channel for event-specific questions.

Can an organizer change an event?+

Organizers manage event details and ticket availability from their workspace. Always check the live event page again before travelling, because event details can change.

What should I ask before buying?+

Check the event date, venue, ticket type, price currency, and entry details. If something important is unclear, ask the organizer before completing checkout.

Where can I find payment and ticket help?+

Use Account Center for signed-in purchases. Guest buyers should keep the ticket page open after payment and save their QR passes.
